                                                Introduction

                This is a story about a special division of the police. An independent division. Almost an elite. Lead by a young lad very smart, creator of many incredible inventions, which help him in his missions. By his side are his brother and his employees. With a very friendly connivance, the whole agency lives and works happily and satisfied.

                James, the leader creator of the special agency, has by his side as partner and friend, Larry, his brother. Together, they command the Dele James. Always something bad comes up, the Dele James is contacted in special cases to take rid of the situation.

                 Always acting by the most pacific way as possible, James and his agents always catch the outlaws. However… There’s one in question that is harder to get than wet soap with kitchen oil and grease all over it… Bleck Powers. The great D.J (Dele James for short) “rock in the shoes”. Always commit the most unbelievable crimes… (Erm… Idiocies for us), Bleck always cause big confusions along his way. By his side, such like James, is his brother, Drill.

                Unlike James (not so), Bleck treat Drill most like a hated employee than like a brother and partner. Bleck and Drill are always together in the confusion. Always acting mean, Bleck always gives the orders, but it is Drill who has to do the dirt work.

                 It is supposed that both are evil, but it is noticeable the personality difference between Drill and Bleck. While Bleck is more “evil-ish”, authoritarian and a little violent, Drill is more calm and don’t demonstrate meanness. Besides that, he always follows to the brother’s orders. Or almost always, though.

                 Every time it is detected any illicit action involving Bleck and Drill, the D.J is called to check it out. In these cases, James and Larry get in scene.

                 To help James and Larry is by their side their friend and prodigy mechanic, Blind Heheh… Besides the name he can see very well! Blind with his tools kit from “another world”, always gets successful (nobody knows how) fix any kind of defect. More than an employee of D.J, Blind is treated as a much loved friend by James and Larry.

                In the other side, Bleck and Drill has nobody to help them with their crazy machines and inventions, so they must to do the entire job by themselves. Maybe it is because why nothing goes right to them. Poor fellas.

                 To the world, the Dele James is just a special division of the police, which has a subdivision that manufacture cars. However it is way more than this. The D.J is totally independent of the police, and has many secret installations, where they keep their most incredible vehicles. Such like a submarine, some super cars, an air-ship and there’s also… Nah but wait a minute… If I tell everything now it will loose the wit!

                 James take careful to keep everything the most hide as possible, not only because of Bleck, who is always trying to steal some secret plan, but from the government. He is afraid the government or if somebody else have access to his secret installations, his creations could be used to warlike ends. And that would be disastrous.

                Car chases are normal in James, Larry, Bleck and Drill’s life. With their special police car they’re always trying to catch Bleck. Bleck gets successful at escaping in the majority of the times, with his green sports car. Nobody ever knew how he can do that, even with James so close to catch him. Bleck got successful at escaping from the prison in the few times James did catch him. Suspects points that there could be a spy working for Bleck, inside the Dele James. It could explain why Bleck always gets successful at escaping and always appears with something extremely identical to one of James’ inventions. Besides much investigation nobody could find out who is the spy.

Main Characters

James – Leader and “founder” of the Dele James. The reason why the agency have his name in the name. Smart and intelligent, he always has interesting ideas. In spite of being the leader, he always talks to his brother before take any final decision.

Larry – James’ brother. More than brother, Larry is work friend and partner. He don’t cares about don’t have his name with James’ name in the name of the Dele James.
Bleck – The villain. So good driver as James and so astute like. However quite stupid. Is always with some cunning plan to take control of the D.J’s secret installations or its projects. Beyond of course trying to take control of the city. But his plans are always frustrated by James.

Drill – Bleck’s brother. Unlike Bleck, Drill is not so astute and don’t drive so well as his brother. However he is not stupid. He’s intelligent and in spite of following his brother like a shadow, use to disagree of the Bleck’s mean attitudes. Sometimes he even disturbs Bleck’s plans on purpose at sometimes.

Co-Stars

Blind – Employee and friend of the young police brothers. Has a formidable tools box. For the most incredible it could look it has all the kinds of tool that someone could need. Even the most uncommon ones. Such like the fabulous “regulator of adjusting for repimboca of screwetta”, or “RARS” for short. Just don’t ask me what the heck that is and what it does.
